Bottling Day

What a fine day is was to bottle my second lot of home brew. This brew was a Australian Old (Tooheys old) using 500g of Dextrose, 250g malt and 250g of corn syrup. I can't wait to try this one, a few weeks and we will know.
As you can see by the bottles on the table you can get 60 stubbies from one brew. I had my mate Paul form next door over to give me a hand. We tried out our new bench caper which made the job a lot quicker. We will be bottling Paul's brew tomorrow and with our new system we will have it over in no time. This whole session was watched over by the boss dog "Max". He sat there most of the time licking his paws and making sure we did all things right.
