Today the 28 April I put down my first home brew. I just followed the directions that came with the kit and there you go. Three or four weeks from now I hope to be drinking it,lets hope it all turns out fine. A small tip for beginners, ensure you have the tap on the fermenter turned off or you will have a sticky floor for a while.
